No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges for Altered or Damaged Products:

  • We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for products that have been damaged due to improper use or handling.
  • Products that have been altered in any way are also not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

Sale Items (If Applicable):

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Damaged Products Only:

In the rare instance that you receive a defective product, please contact us within 7 days from the product delivery date. Submit a return request with a video showcasing the unboxing of the product. Ensure the shipping label is visible, and the packaging remains sealed.   • For defective products, a return request must be raised within 7 days from the product delivery date.
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7 days from the date of the return request or the return product delivery date, whichever is earlier.

Cancellation Policy:

  • All sales are final and cannot be cancelled once your order is submitted from the portal itself.
  • Please review your purchase before submitting your order to ensure billing/shipping, quantities ordered, or sizes of the item are correct. We are not able to update quantities, add or remove items, or update the shipping address after the order is confirmed.
  • You can reach out to us before the shipping is confirmed to understand if and how the cancellation request can be entertained. If entertained, it may take 7-10 business days for the refund amount to reflect back in your account after the refund has been issued; however, this timeframe can vary depending on the financial institution.
  • Those who use multiple email addresses, manipulate shipping addresses, place multiple, excessive orders of the same product, or try to bypass our product limits in any other way may have all orders cancelled and/or be blocked from making future purchases.
